Thread: Bugged freelancer mission???

Im freelancer pilot 1211 and im stuck on a tier 2 mission where you must go to Lok and find the nym cannon ship inspect it disable then dock to collect what ever it is you need.First of when you get to the wp its no where to be found though i did find it after a long time searching it was over 4k away from the wp.So after doing all that the quest log says to do the mission doesnt complete after docking it still says i need to dock even though i just did i destroyed it and waited for another spawn to try again and have reset the mission over and over again with the same results anyone else having this problem or know a way around it?

I have 2 friends who are also having trouble with this mission. One has already unsub again due to it. he spent all weekend trying it and finally gave up. 
Anyone have a WORKING fix or walkthru. CSR help these players please.

When you inspect, are you getting a mission sysmsg that tells you "this is it" or no? It's possible that the one's you've docked with don't have the cargo you're looking for to complete the mission. read the journal and see if its asking you to find a specific item, then scan the ships until you find one that carries that.

Or at least try... gimme a /t Bomb (or Lorraine) ingame if ur on chimaera and wanna try it.I think you might just have the wrong ship. Most of those missions require only scanning the first ship you stumble across... but some need a few tries b4 you get the stuff you´re lookin (inspecting) for.
