i was wondering why doctors get tefs for healing ppl. i learned a long time ago from a fellow doctor on my server that everyone needs healing. I myself as a rebel doctor wouldnt heal an Imp on the battle field, but after wards, i would. if i heal a fellow rebel whos overt why does this give me a flag i am just helping a fellow being thats what doctors are about. also its a real pain to heal some one in my med center and get booted hahaha. i guess it could be said just stay nuatral, having never been a doctor nuatral i dont even know if i can heal overt players. i just think Tefs for healing is silly, now attackinga stormtrooper etc. yea give it to me i activly set out to do damage to the empire, but for healing some one. owell just a thought really thnks

You get the TEF because you are helping the "enemy". Darth Vader does not like it when you help a declared Rebel. The Rebels are likely to think youare one of the Emperor's lackies if you heal a declared Imperial.

The real reasons, though, are for game reasons. Otherwise there are far too many scenarios where a Doctor could abuse their healing abilities for keeping a neverending flow of troops going if that Doc was not killable. Simple as that, really. Now there are some other issues with TEFs and some folks would like the option toget a TEF IF they are allowed to heal pleayers they would not otherwise be abel to heal. That's up on the Issues list already if you want to see more details and what other folks had to say on the issue.

If someone sees you kill an NPC do you automatically get a TEF that BHs can go for or do they have to report it in some way? I mean if a friend sees you use a lightsaber and you automatically get a TEF with everyone else it kind of destroys hunting with a group.

you only get a TEF in front of Imperials. Dont hunt with Imperials. That is the quickest way to get on the BH terminals.

Hunting with rebels is fine.

Hunting with neutrals I am unsure of, but you may get noticed with them to, but I dont think you can get a TEF with a neutral.

Dezz that's completely wrong... are you trying to get this guy on the terms?

You get a TEF whenever you use a force power or when you fight with your light saber... even if no one is around.

You get visibility for using force powers in front of ANYONE (imps, rebs, or neutrals). It is visibility that gets you on the BH terms.
