I can't believe that i have given this game so much hope for Jtl and they will not let me in.

I preordered my JTL from ebgames got my disk in the mail when I got home from vacation and they said(even though the website says till the 22nd) they said it was to late for me to register. I can't believe this i have had 2 accounts running for over a year Paid for the new expansion and still no help. Called customer service and they said basically i am screwed.

If something isn't done i will be calling my credit card to cancel payment to EB and will be canceling both my account this is CRAP.

I have wanted so badly to play this game from the begining but SOE just keeps making it difficult.

You only have a few more days to wait. And as far as the website saying the 22nd...read your preorder bonus disk:

"JTL Pre-Order Beta program may terminate at any time on or before October 22, 2004, without prior notification."

Yes i know i only have a few days but i bought the preorder to get into beta, I feel they completely misrepresented themselves. I know they said limited supply but the reason i was given was a date of oct 12 which i see posted nowhere. They suckered me and probably many others with this.

And even worse since i didn' get into beta i need to wait for my disk to arrive in the mail to play

The preorder should be free, it's a downpayment towards the purchase of the game..

Also, you didn't get if for nothing, you should get the flash speeder on the 27th.

Agreed...but the only people hoping to get into Beta are people under 18. Who cares..

I only pre-ordered to get the Flash Speeder. It's sweet.

Will I still get the shiny speeder?

as long as you register the CD key as stated on the cd jewel case or the cd itself at the listed URL , you will have the speeder

I didn't even get to register my game the customer service told me that was it. so how do i get speeder now? and something is keeping me from registering the proper way.

Really this is just another straw that has burried me alive in hopeing for this game to work PROPERLY LIKE IT SHOULD.

I have had this game since it first came out and still many of those bugs are still present(pets following, mobs teleporting and missions dissappearing)
