Thread: JTL pre-ordered but not delivered question.

What if you preorder JTL, but it isn't delivered until AFTER the 27th? Will you still get the new flash speeder for preordering,since the game may not be delivered until after the 27th how will they know those that preordered from those that just did overnight mail on the 28th? I was also in the Beta and it may not matter (there seems to be some discussion about Beta people getting the speeder because of the serial key we had to enter to play and test the beta version). But I have a friend that won't be able to order it until Friday the 22nd, that would mean it won't be delivered until sometime in November (maybe around the 3rd). Technically he will have preordered the game, but he won't be able to put the code in (presuming that entering the code by the 27th is what lets the game know you preordered, and not a limited release serial key variant for preorder shipping).

The same thing for international customer on EB or gamestop who have to wait for the release to get the beta disk.
I hope it will be possible to input any code after the release date, since a lot of international customer have preorder in August but are still to get the game somewhere in november.
If it is tied to a beta status, it was a false advertising in the first offer days that international customer would still be able to get the speeder.
Better cancel the order now.

Gamestop specifically said that there would be a Beta disk, with the Flash Speeder on it, being sent out with the game. It said so on the site, and from what I've heard, you can claim your Flash Speeder at any point during the life of the game. I could wait until Christmas, hypothetically, and unwrap my Flash Speeder along with my other stuff.
'course...thats just what I've heard. May not be the case.

I already preordered JtLS from ebgames but haven't received any disks so far (I live in Germany BTW), what happens if I buy JtLS here in Germany on 10/27 and install right away because I immediately want to jump into it - will I be able to get the speeder nevertheless as soon as my preorder from ebgames arrives?
