Jump To Lightspeed Archive

I played JTL in beta, and have used a ton of differnt droid interfaces, my question is is a higher speed droid interface better? One with say 500-450 mass and a speed around 36.1 (one i thought was quite nice), or is it lower speed we are looking for something around 14.1-16 or so or even lower? My shipwright is telling me one thing, but all the loot i get and various other factors are leading me to beleive another any info would help thanks.
