So currently I am working for the RSF. Cool. I get to shoot down pirates and see the beautiful planet of Naboo. I can shoot down rebels. I can shoot down lone imperial tie fighters sometimes lost in asteroid fields. Not sure if I should be able to do all that, but regardless... meesa no like' da Naboo. If I want to switch to another freelance faction say... I don't know... smuggler... can I? If I can do I lose all my privateer experience points? And what would happen if I changed to rebel? It's all part of my char rp... and I'd also like to experience more of the game's missions, I made a spare character just for imp piloting

unfortunately, you have to retire your present "squadron" and start all over again. you will keep any stockpiled XP but all skill boxes will be lost.

See that sucks.

All 3 space professians are the same only different factions and obviously different ships to fly.

You can go from Reb to Imp to Noot on ground without loosing your skills. You should be able to do the same in space.

I just got the expansion and was working on Rebel pilot incase I ever want to pvp in space and also because whenever there is content added it is usually more for factions. However, I just discovered that only the freelance pilot can fly the "Millenium Falcon" which pisses me off because I was looking forward to flying that.

The only fun thing about space, pass the simple shooting, is walking around your ship. I want that "millinium Falcon" but at the same time I don't want to be unable to ever pvp.
