Say im an imperial pilot and a neutral pilot. Can I go into a pvp zone flying an imperial flag(Imperial alligned[shooting rebels)inside of my hutt fighter?

You cant be both imperial pilot and neutral pilot

And as a neutral pilot, you have to choose a side upon entering a pvp zone (from what I hear)
