When i luanch the starwards galaxies : JTL icon while the launchpad is loading i get a error message stating that the launchpad has encountered a problem and needs to close, anyone can tell me whats wrong?

This a known issue from when the devs decided to change the launchpad layout. Try this as a short term fix:

Right click on you SWG desktop icon

Go to properties

Click the "Compatibility tab" at the top

And check the box towards the bottm that state: "Turn off advanced text services for this program"

Make sure that box has a check in it

Click "apply"

See if that works. Although devs said this was fixed. Lemme know if this helped or not.
