I turned neutral for BH, but wanted to know if neutrals will be able to PVP in space, and how?

Yes, in Kessel and the Deep Space zone if you are a privateer pilot.
In the Kessel zone(accessable at any time from special space stations) it is automatic PvP when you enter. It is split up into the following sides:
Rebels
Imperials
Hutt faction neutrals
Corsec Faction neutrals
RSF faction neutrals
You are able to attack any player who is not on your side.
In the deep Space Zone(accessable from the same special space stations once you master) you pick a side(Rebel or Imperial) when you enter the zone if you are neutral. It is also a pure PvP zone.
Also....
If you are neutral you can be rebel or imperial in space. So, if you are say, neutral on the ground and choose to become an imperial pilot, you will join the empire but only be a member of that side's Navy. That means when you are on the ground, while you and all other imperials will show purple on the radar, for all practical purposes you are still neutral onthe ground and imperial in space(you can't get tefed or go overt on the ground unless you also join that faction on the ground).
The end result is you can essentially be neutral on the ground but fight for the empire or rebellion in space, and PvP in space while staying out of PvP combat on the ground.

Why did you turn neutral? you can be imp/reb and be a privateer (fly privateer ships, if that's what you meant..)
