Its no dout been posted somewhere but i cant find it...

Is the yacht really slow or a more average speed and what are the min and max speeds for the ships?

Him it is pretty slow lol, at least when I tried it in beta.

It is pretty slow. Plus the lack of weapons...its not that great.

its actually a decent speed, its just, when your at top speed, you cant turn very well, so, you need to slow down turn any great distance.

Who cares, it's not like you need the Yacht to go fast or maneuver so you can fight in it.

when I fired in its boosters, Its top speed was about 630 MPH

As of the 10/23/2004 patch, my yacht's top speed was 367. 450 w/boosters. Hey, it's a big ship - should be slow - and drive like a bus. Beautiful boat though.

Crap slow, they really need to increase the speed on it, it's just too slow. Guns I can sacrifice, it's not meant to be a combat ship, but I really hate moving slow.
