Hello, everyone. Now that the NDA is down I thought I'd post a typical update notes list for JTL; this one happens to be today's update. It's amazing that the devs would crank out updates like this almost on a daily basis.Each JTL beta update was almost as big as a typical monthly live publish. I hope that the beta boards go live for everyone to see so you can spend some time pouring over all the patch notes; it's really impressive.

Misc
- Fixed problem where Sullustan males could wear female only dresses
- Fixed shader on female hairstyle s02 on vs/ps 1.1 cards
- Fixed price of the TIE Oppressor chassis
- Fixed reverse engineering system messages
- Fixed a problem where Blacksun heavy blueprints were exchanged for Blacksun light deeds
- Force feedback now implemented on weapon fire.
- Fix problem where players cannot move or rotate stacked items
- Removed rare crash on exit in the ship component management screen
- Paying maintenance on a guild hall or structure factory will automatically convert the lot cost from the old (9 lots for guildhalls, 2 for structure factories) to the new (7 lots for guildhalls, 1 for structure factories). This will unfortunately require you to re-do the Admin list, banlist, permission lists and so on (Tatooine guildhall excepted, since it always cost 7 lots and still costs 7 lots).
- Lowered lot cost of architects factories to 1. Structure factories have to be re-deeded and replaced in order to get your extra lot back.
- Lowered lot cost of guildhalls from 9 to 7 (except Tatooine guild hall, which was already 7). Guildhalls have to be re-deeded and replaced in order to get your 2 lots back
Creature Handlers
- When you fail to teach a pet a command, you can now simply repeat the command until the pet learns it, without going through the radial menu again for each attempt.
UI
- Fixed characters not being able to turn in place anymore.
- Made the ground buttonbar able to go vertical again.
- When double clicking a target on the zone map, the camera will now travel to the location over time instead of abruptly jumping to the new location
SpaceAI
- Improved AI ship combat.
Privateer All
- Shortened the recovery portion of capture and escort duty missions
- NPC's will cause more damage to other NPC's in space battle type missions
Corellia Privateer
- Adwan Turoldine M3: Increased difficulty of the final battle
Ships
- Removed crash with Space Ship Component Detail screen
- Raised chassis mass experimental ranges.
- All new AI model data
- Force Feedback hooked up to shield hit effects.
- TIE Advanced now has effective booster sounds.
- NPC's of higher level than Tier 1 will now be extremely rare in the Tatooine system.
- Players can now load missile/countermeasure packs into an already partially full launcher. This overwrites any remaining ammo in the launcher.
- Beefed up the Corellian corvette. It should be harder to take out now.
- Using a booster no longer clobbers your ship throttle settings after the booster is deactivated
- We replaced the high-pitched hyperspace countdown sound effect with something more subtle.
Naboo Privateer
- Capt Dulios M2: Increased the period between attacks during the Madersim rescue portion.
- Capt Dulios M3: Decreased period between attacks during the delivery leg and reduced the number of attacking craft per wave.
- Capt Dulios M4: Decreased the power of the attacking craft during the "Onslaught" portion of the mission.
- Capt Dulios M4: Krayt Bane's escort has been reduced.
- The Saysmond Varg encounter is now much easier.
- The ambush portion of Capt Dulios's fist mission has been reduced in difficulty.
Space group UI
- Space Group UI now has an activated collapse button will shrink the UI in a similar method to the ground game.
- New zoom multiplier slider for 3rd person camera; plus all zooms pulled out a bit
SpaceAI
- Improved combat AI.
- KSE Firespray now has its correct engine sound.
- TIE Advanced now has its correct engine sound.
- Varied the bolt appearance and color of a number of looted components that were using default red bolts
- Fixed a bug where holding down fire with your wings closed could disconnect you.
- The autopilot now turns at half throttle (instead of no throttle), to work better with the new flight models.
- The autopilot is now less picky about requiring the joystick to be completely centered before engaging.
