Hey I like JTL the most. But I think It would nice if you wanted to ace all 9. That the quest log would be saved. Also, I think you should be able to keep the pilot certifications but lose the pilot abilities. If youlearned how to fly a ship you should remember it and only keep the flight abillities of that your are currently working on. This should be the same with droid commands you should be allowed to keep the droid command of whatever ace you have done.

Let say you aced all 3 Imp missions. You should be allowed to fly the imp ships you learned. But if you are no longer in the imp navy. You should be able to paint the ships you own since you purchased them and they weren't requisitioned by the imp navy. It would add a more mercenary feel to it.
