So the devs actually said that? did they also mention if there are gonna be bounties in space?

For the first question: Base the answer to this on the number of people who have replied. We can't re-post what the devs have said, but the odds are in your favor.

Second question: The NDA will prevent any hints to the answer.

If a bountey hunter kill's his marked jedi in space, the kill will not count. And yes the devs have said all of this before in posts and/or live chat's.
