Thread: Ok, so what do i have to do?

I got a disable mission. How do I go about disabling the ship without destroying it? Once i've diabled it, what do I do then?

You target a componant by using your bracket keys. You want to hit the engine. However be careful if you have to disable a ship with guys like a YT 1300. They can still shoot if you disable the engine. They still shoot for some reason if you disable the reactor as well so the only way to safely approach them is to disable the weapons after you get the engine. Be careful not to just blast away though because after you disable the engine the ship will probably have take some hull damage and you can blow them up completely if you arn't careful.
