Hello everyone! A bit before the Combat Upgrade, I was grinding a bit of space experience. I got all of my Tier 1 box in Storm Squadron (Tatooine), and then left and forgot all about it when the CU hit. Now I want to continue running missions for the Imperial Navy, and I have signed my Authorization of Transfer, but do not have a waypoint of who I talk to? Please help, I want to start my Tier 2 missions! Thanks!

The city hall/government building in bestine, the big building next to the building your tier 1 trainer is. High ranking imp officer in the same room as Victor (bestine elections). When you enter the building it's the room to the right.
