You get the chassis, not a blueprint. You generate a ship without any components installed.

The Grievous, Jedi SF, and the ARC-180... can their componentsbe changed?

Dunno about the other two, but the Jedi you HAVE to 'change' components--I've been told that it comes as just a deed, you have to load it up with all the important parts yourself. I would assume the Grievous and the ARC are the same way, though I'm not gonna lie and say I know for sure.

on these ships that are 'quest' rewards..do you actually get the ship chassis or is it just a schematic?
