Thread: Combat exp for kills in space. What do you think?

I'm not in beta, so correct me if this already is the case, but wouldn't it be smart to give combat exp for kills in space? Then space combat, as all other combat, gives a little combat exp which you can use for skills in the other combat professions. After all, combat exp should indicate how much you fight, and then it shouldn't matter whether you fight with a blaster or a missile.
It is possible that there are balancing issues that I have overseen here, and like I said I'm not even sure if combat exp in space already is a reality. Please tell me if that is the case. I just think a space based income for this kind of exp would give a greater variation to the game, as long as it dosen't make space a place for even more power exping.

There is Space Combat XP, but it has nothing to do with regular ground comabatXP and is just used to level up as a pilot

Ok, but why don't you get standard combat exp too? I don't think I've seen a dev comment on that.
