Thread: Are the Nova/Decimator able to be owned by a privateer?

Ok, don't flame me if this has been asked before, but can these two ships be owned by privateer pilots? I only ask as I saw them in someone else's post listed as "neutral".

Only 3 multi passenger ships (not counting the vet ship) each 1 is aligned to a faction

Deciamtor=imps
Nove=Rebels
YT-1300=neuts

not exceptions (you need certs for them)
