I just found this out from EB Games. I repeated it back to him just to be sure.
The JTL Preoder bonus which included the free speeder was for AMERICAN customers ONLY!
So if you followed SOE's recommendation and pre-ordered from EB Games, you will not be getting the Bonus CD with the Flash Speeder.
In Fact, the CD shipped LONG ago.
Oh and Alaska and Hawaii was also excluded.
International customers apparently can just go suck eggs!

tough sh.it. I don't know if you ever played Phantasy Star Online, but the Japanese players got all the bonuses and goodies and american players didn't complain

the problem is we paid for the game like the americans did at ebgames.com (+30$ shippind+ around 20% EU-tax), and without a word they ship it WITHOUT the bonus disc to all international orders!

I live in Toronto and preodered from my local EB. I got a call on Thursday saying my preorder disks were in. I picked them up and registered, so Canadians get it too.

If you read the EBGames.com website before preordering you would have seen that they clearly say right on the site that international orders are not eligible for the bonus disc.
International orders placed through gamestop.com were the ones who got the bonus disc.

I'm from Toronto too but I followed SOE recommendations and ordered from EB Games online. They told me this evening that the bonus disc had not been shipped to me because international orders weren't eligable. I did notice a disclaimer when I ordered about Continental USA but all too often, American retailers prefer refering to "North America" as "Continental USA" even though its not the same. I've quetioned a few on that one. So I didn't question it as usual.
I'll check tomorrow but if not, I'm going to fight with SOE to get them to cancel the subscription and give a prorated refund and cancel the EB Gamesorder. Between the complete lack of support all the way to the CSR Manager, the force skill credit I didn't get for all the holo ginding, the bugs and the lag and now this, I'm having increasing difficulties enjoying the game at all.

Why is everyone clammering for the flash speeder?? Its a god damn reskin of the X-34. One floating brick in the game is enough. All this energy wasted complaining about a speeder you wont use past the first week of JTL.
