I read the forums, hoping to pick up a tip or two here and there, and if I find something I have experienced I might add my thoughts. But what I see the most is a bunch of children whining. The missions are too hard.. they're too easy...us privateers are getting screwed... I went into a PvP area and I got killed... more than once...I shouldn't HAVE to group to become master of anything. My god... how about we design a game that no matter what you do, you win? You complain about bugs in an early version of a huge addition, but do you actually report them? Did you not expect some buigs? I was hit by a couple of bugs.. yeah, it sucked.. but I dont blame everybody I can. I watch some innocently started threads, asking a simple question turn into a huge flame and whining session. PLAY THE GAME. If you don't like it that much, quit. This is a great game, the JTL addon rocks..if you don't like it... stick to ground stuff, quit, or shut the *&^%* up. The most of you act worse than my 10 year old daughter when she's caught in trouble. I can't belive it. You criticize the Devs.. put yourselves in their shoes. Do you work for Sony? Do work on the project of adding content to this game? Balancing this game? It's sickening to listen to you. The sadest thing is you people comparing the game to the movies, but yet most of your points come from the damn books writtien AFTERthe movies. THIS IS A GAME. Deal with it. Quit crying. I have been here since launch, and I have yet to master anything. Honestly don't plan to.. if I do great, if not great. I ENJOY THE GAME. PERIOD.

AMEN! No flame here. Except the paradox that if you complain about complainers you are guilty too....

First of all: What are you doing here? (Right, you whine about whiners.)
If you start your thread with "whining children" you will not earnany respect for this post at all.
Also I see no one asking for a "I win" button.
Did you betatestJTL?
No? Then don't tell us what we reported and what not.
Do we expect bugs? Yes and wetry to get rid of them.
And getting rid of them is also talking about them in the forum.
That most threads end in flamewarsis the result of posts like yours. Stepping in starting to insult people.
Nex ttime you might try to write the message in a appropriate tone and you might get some serious and constructive response.
Go on like this and you will start another flamewar.

I agree with the original poster.
Bunch of whiners in this game who don't always get everything they want. The dev's make stupid decisions, that we all know. But holy hell, I just want to strangle these spoiled brats sometimes.
Yeah been playing since launch, and I beta tested JTL. So by your rationale, that entitles me to have an opinion. Take a breath, turn off the computer. Things will be OK if some internet star wars game isn't completely working as intended. You will survive the ordeal. Tell your mom about how the PVP space sector is now PVE and watch to see how much she cares. It won't be much. That's almost how much you should care (more, only because you actually play), but the point is LIFE WILL BE OK AND THE UNIVERSE WILL SURVIVE THIS VERY VERYHARD FEW WEEKS.
Seriously. I wish people would relax a little.

You say that posts like mine are are of opening flames.. your right. I invited that. I expected that. And I expected and lame ass whiner like yourself to respond. I was only surprised that you weren't the first. The forums aren't for fighting one anouther, they are for sharing. THAT was my rant. READ it again. here's the thing....yes this is just a game, yes we all know it will be bugged, however look at it like this....you're trying to get something done, you want to get your character to some level or some place in the game. you want to get some item. Then a bug pops up over and over and over again. or maybe it's just a natural game mechanic that you can't seem to get past. It's going to bug you a little bit. so what do you do? you come here and vent. because if you vent to a parent, or a spouse, or a non-geek friend, they are all going to tell you to calm down and to get over it because it's only a game. true. but they will not understand you. Here, even if you are b!tching at least you are b!tching to people who can grasp your problem. I get tired of all the crying too, but I've also done my fair share of it (as I will be doing here shortly). Some times you just gotta let it out. And like it or not we are all, as Star Wars geeks, a kind of family.
With that being said I'm going to go complain about the spawn rate of the reb vette in kessle, Why? Because I need to get it off my chest.

My god are you daft? You think this is a belittlement of the game? No. It's about people like you. I ranted about the way people treat these forums, NOTHING more. You are the one on the defensive. Get over it. The game rocks. It's impossible to weed through the crap to get any honest help in the forums for the most part of people fighting and complaining in simple threads of the like of "I need help with mission.." You make a claim about not being able to talk to people right.. have you ever talked to an angry person face to face? somehow I don't think you have.

Eldana... nor were you.. I ended my original post with "flame away" I knew people wouldn't like what I had to say. I'm tired of the fighting crap in thr forums over useless crap. It seems everbody is dissatisfied with a game that they obviously enjoy. You guys say that this is were we come to discuss bugs and what not? That was the purpose.. that is not the reality. Read the threads.. the majority sink into a completely differeny topic that results in a flamewar. That, in my opinion is bullsh&t. I know it will happen.. but this much?

Look buddy, this is life. People are people - self centered, obnoxious, annoying boffoons who have to stretch thier own exceedinly small intelects to develop even the slightest bit of imagination, which in the end they do very little with. This thread and your post is a great example of it.
People rant,people rave,people stand behind all the wrong things, but most imporantly,inwardly all people think they're just the best thing since sliced bread. That's why they created God in their image and that's why they have pride. Consiquently,people complain when they feel they are getting hosed. I'd say you best get used to it, because once you decide to leave your computer you'll notice this phenomenon where ever your feet take you.
