Whats the best Rebel squad?

Also what the best Neutral Squad?

By best I mean easiest to master/best reward. I am new to JTL so please fill me in.

I haven't decided on Rebel or Neutral Pilot, could anyone please enlighten me, thank you.

Rewards are the same for any, and your desire for an easier squad is odd. Most people want to prove thier mettle on the hardest.
