Thread: does anyone else find this as fun to do as I do?

Yeah, do that in Deep Space as a Master. Those Kessel patrols of two and three Imperial fighters don't compare at all to havingfull 6+Tier 5 TIEs of every variety wailing on you while the ISD is lobbing potshots at you. Throw in formations of three YE-4s or two VT-49's and its awesome. Your ship is almost always backlit by awash of green blaster fire.
I fly overt and can run up to 12k faction points in just a couple hours a night.

Nice...
I hit jackpot with a RE'd lvl 3 reactor at just a tad over 2k mass and 15k energy!! How Happy was I?!!
To stay on subject tho, I like to park my YT1300 in similar areas, stand inside safe in the knowledge they will never get through my shields and I simply love the effects inside the ship when its getting shot at!
A REAL nice spot to do this is in the naboo system, its a POI Nebula (think it begins with "A") there is a YT1300 (shows as aggro but never attacks) and a bunch of Rhixyerks that throw missiles at you, again - little risk of harm to ship or self but some cool explosions insode ship!!

cool replys everyone!!
something I do whenever I have a wingmate (or I am helping someone on a mission for that matter) is that I target them to keep track on how they are doing as I go off and blow up ships, when I do this I dont get the targeting crosshairs so I have to best guess on were to shoot. But with the wingman targeted I get better info then the team health info ( which just shows the ham bars of the caracter not the ship) so if they get in trouble I break off and go to the resque. But not haveing the targeting crosshairs makes going after the npcs more fun and challenging. Anyone else do this?
