...that with +97 Rifle Speed you can fire any special with any speed rifle at the speed cap?
I have seen a built to the max T21 at 9.8... I think I still have it, If I do I'll sport a pic someplace.

I've only ever seen a rife with higher then 7.2 speed once, the tusken King Rifle you get from brovo the hutt. lol, has anyone ever seen a 9.6 or higher besides that?

Actually its 8.3 secs , with 97 speed you cap with all rifles up to 8.3 secs so thats about the must you need.
If you are saying8.3 is the maximum weapon speedyou can use to cap with a personal speed mod of 97, you are incorrect: The formula to find the max weapon speed for a given speed mod is:
ws = 1 / ([sd *] ((100 - pm) * 0.01))
Where:
ws = the weapon speed needed to cap
sd = the delay of the specialyou are using. Since Strafeshot2 is our slowest special with a 3.5 delay, using 3.5 givesyou the weapon speed needed to cap with any special.
pm = the personal speed mod in question.
Plugging a personal speed mod of 97 and a special delay of 3.5into the formula:
ws = 1 / (3.5 * ((100 - 97) * 0.01)) = 1 / (3.5 * .03) = 1 / .105 = 9.5
So, you can cap with any rifle with a speed of 9.5 or less. And for practical purposes, note that this is the exact point at which you will cap (well, actually, 9.5238095238095238095238095238095 if you want to be exact). But with rounding, you do not hit 1.1 seconds per shot until about 10.0 seconds. But either way, 8.3 is definitely not correct for 97.

hehe... That is just the unrounded number directly from Calc.exe if you divide 1 by 1.05. I was just being unnecessarily accurate to highlight that the cap speed is 9.5, but due to rounding and due to the exponential nature of the speed curve, for practical purposes, it is really 9.5, give or take.

how did you come up with 9.5238095238095238095238095238095 ?
