1. can other players teach me skills like when on ground
2. how do i repair while at a space station i ejected and i'm stuck there
3. what are some of the POB ships and which types of pilots can use them.

1. Nope 
2. Make sure you have the station targetted (should be the C key) then hit the backslash (\) key to communicate, "Request Repairs" should be an option.
3. Note that you have to be a master pilot to fly all but one of the POB ships:
Freelance pilots: YT-1300
Rebel pilots: Nova Crusier
Imp pilots: Decimator
All: Y-8 mining vessel, and the SoroSub Luxury yatch (you don't need to be a master to fly the yatch, but it is a vet reward, so you need to have had jumpt to lightspeed for 6 months, then you'll get it for free)
