Jump To Lightspeed Archive

I got the mission from Captain Rykkh who says you have to go to Dantooine space and disable a spice freighter. My problem with this is that you have to do it in a certain amount of time and whichever sector I come from or from Dantooine itself, I am at least 8k away. This means that the freighter warps and the mission fails because I do not get close enough to get a shot off before the mission failed notice. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get there faster? Boosters don't do it and I have the fastest engine I can get.

I tried it about 3 times, got to it in the end, there seems to be a certain randomness to it, sometmes it stays in the sector longer than others. All I can say is try again until you get lucky. Sorry I can't be of more help.
