i did the inquisition missions in beta, not too bad, long but doable.
black epsilon is a completely different story. 3rd tier 3 mission. at the end, meet your new playmates, 7 tier 3 reb and 1 tier 4 nova.
the mission before had you fighting 4 tier 4 and 4 tier 3 fighters at the same time....
way way way overdone. i've been told the exit mission for tier 3 is even worse.
these missions really need to be toned down.
i try to fly with a wingie, but my playtime is limited to early am cst, my server is low pop (wanderhome), so to get this far has taken way too long. i'm almost to the point of dropping pilot completely and going inquisit squad, or corsec privateer...

yup this is exactly what I'm facing right now.. 2nd mission, Tier 3.. final mission consist of taking out a nova and a swarm of Tier 3 rebel mixtures (A's, X's and Z's).. but only after defeating swarms of Tier 4 X-Wing that guards an A-Wing you need to dock.. endless swarms of Tier 3 X-Wings while reaching a shuttle to dock 7km away.. so on.. so on.. sigh.. I can't do this =/
I'm doing Storm Squadron in Bloodfin btw.. I don't know anyone there since I'm a Starsiderian

i really hope they dial this back somewhat soon. today, i go for the nova. im going to take at least one interceptor wingie, and fly my bomber. see how they like a space bomb up the exhaust pipe

wow I thought I was the only one that couldn't get passed this mission. I have a bunch of my freinds trying to help me with this missions but even with all of us we can't seem to finish it. This is the sam mission I was stoped at as well.

Going solo is pretty hard. My friend is also in Black Epsilon and I helped him with this mission. We finished it quick. He took on the escorts while I took on the Nova with my Krayt. We have all the overload droid programs that we can fit in our flight computer.

If you are having problems with any mission, just stop and think, what happened, maybe youshould change your tactics. Talk to your wingmates before the mission and work out a plan. I noticed when you are the one that has the mission, most if not all of the enemy ship's will agro on you. Your wingmate's should focus on protecting you...not get'n kills. If one of your wingmates starts fireing at a ship that is attacking you, hopefully it will agro on them and stop shooting you. I think this only works if they get the boggies shield's down, but am not sure. One tatic to try, insteed of destroying all the mob's, especally the one's that respawn, is to disable them. With no more spawns you should be able to take out the mp ship, then you can come back and mop as you see fit.

i dropped b.e and went with inquisition. much easier missions (i made it to 4/4/3/3/ in jtl beta).
im enjoying it much more too
