I don't know about all of you, but I think the ground combat needs to be more like space combat (As in camera locked in the rear view, manual aim weapons, no more assualting a flag pole missions, no more shooting through terrian, better hitboxs on models so you actually have to be hit in order to take damage. I've noticed that in space combat, its alot easier to get XP when lower level because player piloting skills are just as big a factor as equipment level. A tier one player pilot can easily take on a tier 3 NPC pilot and win. A player fighting a yellow-labeled enemy in ground combatis bound to get whooped, even when the player has a clear tacticaladvantage. I think if the ground combat were a little less stat based, it would be a little more interesting. Also, if players could pilot ATSTs or tanks.

Well im not sure about making the ground game the same as space battle. As far as changing the stat based damage system that we have now. It is going to be changed in the Combat revamp. Read up on the Revamp on the www.starwarsgalaxies.comit tells you what they are planning.

Never say planning say considering. They are being generically vague for a reason. By the way if you degenerate the game to point and click shooter why bother they have one of those its called star wars battlefront.
