Thread: My first flight on Decimator with full crew.

Well it turned out to be best expirience in JTL i had yet. We had 5 ppl on board. Pilot, Operations, 2 gunners, and mechanic. First we flew around on dath killing TIER4s. Than went to Lok. Funny thing was that the best tactics to use is to let the enemy tailgate you. NPCs dont turn away if they are fired upon, so they just drag behind you while gunners take them our in the matter of seconds.

i went up in one and maneed the bottom turret ( which sucks @$$ ) and we killed 2 vets and a few tier 5 NPC's, in Kessel i think
But i am only 1111 pilot, and i got a load of XP, i was amazed. . . . wish i could do it more often..............

Was the funnest few days I had.. as an MSW I was the ships engineer. That is until the POS BH Valcyn Pilot started trippin when a small fire broke out on his ship, the idiot starts insutling everyone by spamming, "I just wasted a handful of rare compliments on this crew of idiots." and decided to make the jump 2 lightspeed- being the idiot himself, unaware of the alarm bug.
A-hole got what he deserved, an alarm he couldnt turn off. Everyone except me proceeded to beg his forgiveness while I found my way to the escape pod and gave this imp slug a trandoshan version of the bird.

I can not express how excited i am for that same experience. I just need to find some folks to fly with.

The decimator is by far my favourite ship to fly in. I finally had an almost full crew on board a few days ago (pilot (me), mechanic, two gunners) and we went busting things up in various systems. We got to Dathomir and got into a fight with some of the T4 craft there, they messed us up a bit but the engineer had a lot of fun fixing up the systems and fixing plasma leaks. RPing in this ship is awesome, it's really good to have to shout down to the engineer to repair essential systems when the fight doesn't go our way. As we didn't have a co-pilot, I had to jump between the pilot chair and the ops seat to shunt the shields from time to time. We gave up shortly after the last few leaks, the plasma alarms got stuck on and were driving us all crazy so I landed and redeeded. It was the most fun I'd had in space, in fact, in SWG altogether for a long long while. I plan on doing it more often when I can get a more permanent crew.
