Jump To Lightspeed Archive

I apologise if this has been asked before, but I did a few searches that came up empty so here goes :

My joystick, a HOTAS Cougar, is not recognized by Jump To Lighspeed. For some odd reason the joystick options under game options in the launchpad are greyed out, and I can't choose anything.

WinXP reports everything in the best of order, and every other game I have, has no problem whatsoever with detetcing my Cougar. ANY advice, and I mean ANY would be greatly appreciated. Flying with the mouse just doesn't cut it for me.

Only thing I could recommend is looking for the latest drivers, and if its usb unplug it and plug it back in and see if it is recognized, and last but not least try a full game scan.
