My friend who did the Dant version claimed he got a quest message after it was disabled and things went automatically.. I've tried inspecting, docking and just about everything under the sun to get this mission to work.. it doesn't.
I've /bugged, submitted a ticket, spoken to CSR in game, spoken to CSR in chat and the general overall message is "tough luck, no ETA on a fix"... really sucks cause you can't train until you complete this mission and eventually your exp caps so it is sort of worthless to play JTL.. its too bad they lock you into that one mission giver and you can't try the others cause you'd have to surrender all your skills *AND* all your exps to try and go to another mission giver.. /bug it and submit a ticket as well maybe they wont pretend like I'm the only person w/this problem (despite the fact that I meet tons of people in space trying to get the shuttle to work and tons of people at Lady V who can't get it to work)

That is how it is SUPPOSED to work... I've tried doing this mission on Intrepid server at least a dozen times and it doesn't work that way. The shuttle doesn't show at the waypoint it shows 5000 m away (yes I've sat at the waypoint for over an hour waiting, it doesn't show), no tie fighters ever ambush..
WhenI did the mission I did this and had no problems.
