Thread: Veteran Reward is not working for many

  • I have been in this game since day 1

  • I have bought JTL

  • I have registered my CD key

  • I have not received an email

  • I have ticketed this to a CSR

  • I have trained in a novice pilot box

I asked many others and they also cannot get the reward. Can we please get a Dev statement on this? Was there only a limited amount of Vet Ships to give out?

did you try /getvet to see how many official days you have logged on your account? It may be incorrect which would prevent you from getting the mail likely....


also, have you tried the /claimVeteranReward command?
