Jump To Lightspeed Archive

Not sure if this was mention at all yet but is there a way to dock with a fellow player in space. I mean like me in a Y-Wing and him/her in there Yacht. When i type /dock all it says is that i dont have permission to dock with this ship. If there is a way how do i get permission?

Devs never really got it to work, so they took that out. You can only dock to transfer carge or steal cargo.
