Hey all, I was on a tier 2 mission and got absolutely blown away. I couldnt keep the TIEs in front of me. Once I got blown away I realized my chassis was at 0! What is the best way to get this fixed? I think at starports they dont do chassis repairs. On the ground I saw that I needed a repair kit, but it is like a weapon repair kit where its better to get someone with the right skills to repair it?
Thanks for any help.

I'm sure someone will correct me here if I'm wrong, but I don't believe you can get chassis' repaired. I believe it's Sony's way of keeping shipwrights in business. This forces you to buy new ships periodically. Same with armor or weapons.

There are chassis repair kits.

There are 10 different repair kits made by shipwrights.

Thats right -u can buy a diff repair kit for each component which u need to use on the ground if your ship wont launch due to damage-always try to repair ship in space before landing

wicked...chassis repair kits... and can anyone use these or is it better to get a shipwright to use it? Are they like armor reapir kits where you can fail and totally destroy the object youre reapiring?

They don't actually raise the max chassis hitpoints back up to what they were when you purchased it though, correct? Every time the ship is destroyed, the max chassis HP drops. Any way to repair that?

If your chassis is, for example, at0/1000 then you can get a chassis repair kit to fix itthoughthe max point number will lower every time you fix it. The kits work differently from ground armor/weapons repair kits.

Ifthe chassis is 0/0 then it can't be repaired and you need a new chassis.

If your chassis was 0/0, then its toast go buy a new one. Thisis unlikey though. Best way to do it is when you die/eject your spawned at a spacestation, talk to it and there will be an option to repair for credits. This method is a whole lot easyer on your inventory and no need to run around to vendors to buy kits.

There is now a universal spaceship repair kit available.

Works the same like a space station it repairs all damage on your ship.

Not sure, but I guess it mightcause a little more loss on hp then a spezialized kit.
