Thread: Problems with the JtL 10 day Trial offer?

I downloaded Fileplanet's offer for the 10 day free trial figuring I'd finally be able to see if JtL was worth the buy....but I cant get the cd key they gave me to work. grr....anyone else run into this?

I am having the same problem. It tells me I have an invalid key when I try to register

well screw that then, i dont see why you are forced to make a new bloody account just to see if the game is worth buying.

I had hoped you wouldn't have to..has anyone found a way to use it on your current account?

Im having the same problem.
and im not paying for a new account just to play a trial

Yes I must be missing something. It seems that if I register a new account, I would be unable to use JTL on my current characters. Why bother with the trial then if we have to start out as a new player with only 10 days to see the game? Bah humbug!

maby the trial is aimed at people without the game and not existing customers.

you create a new launchpad account, register the cd key, and it wont ask for a payment plan, yet. After the 10 days are over, it will ask you to subscribe, and then you start paying.
