Are the neutral one man fighters availale at 4-4-4-4 as good as the rebel or imperial 1 man fighters available at 5, since the neutrals have no level 5 fighter?

the chasses deturmans turning speed, accilaration, decilaration, and max speed too

depending on engine installed, chassis' do modify the stat's.

Not that no one knows, no one cares to answer. Look man, it's all player preference. No ship of the same tier is any better than the other. The B-Wing MAY be just a TAD bit better than the Heavy Hutt or Firespray, but the difference is mute.

it's not reall about the chassis- the chassis is just for the shape, mass, and hp of the shell.
what really matters are the parts that you use, and since there are no Imp/Reb/Neut only parts (except for the ships themselves) then everyone uses the same parts.
