I live in Sweden and JTL will arrive on friday (29th) in my local EB Games store.

Originally amazon uk had it scheduled for December but I just took a look now and its Oct 29th so I went ahead and pre-ordered.

most UK places i have seen have it scheduled for the 29th but some stupid places like GAME have it listed as the 5th of november

Well, I work for GAME, and last I checked, it was still down as 29th October.. in fact, we're mean to begetting stockin on Wednesday 
I'll have to check again on Wednesday though, as that's when the product information is updated.

Need more information are you asking...
1) When will those in europe be able to connect to the servers and play JTL? The same day as those in the US if you have the software.
2) When will my local software stores have the software or when will I be able to have it shipped to my house? Is not a questions SOE can answer.
Basically, if you can get the software (based on the store you buy it from) then you can play the same day as everyone else.
