Yes, if you have been playing a year you will get a Yaucht. I have been playing just under 11 months and had a 3 month break in that, I am on beta and got a vet yaucht. In fact it says im entitled to the 360 day reward.

You will be ok, no need to worry.

everyone in Beta got the Yacht. They needed it tested. For Live, if your month break was over six months ago, you will be a vetern adn get the yacht at launch. If not, then when your account reached its six months of active service you will be flagged veteren and get the yacht then.

Actually thats wrong. A lot of people in beta didnt get the yaucht as they weren't classed as vets. I know this because a lot of people kept begging other people if they could take a ride because they wanted to see it. Also some other people were asking who had a yaucht and only a few of us said we had one.

There were enough vets in beta to test the yaucht properly anyway, so they had no reason to give everyone one.

You were in Beta I was not, I can only accept what you say. In my defense, TH did post that all players in Beta were given the Yacht toward the end of Beta.
