Ive been wondering, i saw the certifecations on the ships, and i was wondering if it will be like this: Every body is gonna own the higest certifed ship ? or is the hutt bomber as good as the light hutt fighter ? if they are modifyed that is ? =)

i think all ships top speed is the same depinding on engine component
but, bombers accelarate slower and descelarate slower and turn slower, and drift more,but can carry more stuff,
while light ships like awing can accelarate faster and turn better, but cant carry as much

The main deciding factor in ships is mass, a y-wing can be fitted with great shields but turns like a brick, a-wing is the opposite.

differant ships also have differant weapon hardpoints. The X-wing for example has , so you can have 3 laser guns on it, while the a-wing(a tier higher) only has one laser. The ships handle a lot differant and have a differant mass to play around with. I think the X-wing will be the most common ship among the rebels due to its balance in everything. I never flew the B-wing in beta, beta i've heard a mixed response, either it sux, or it's the best thing since sliced bread. So i think many people will have their ship. The thing i hate is the Z-95 only has 12k mass to work with, and thats not that much. I love the Z, but it practically a useless ship right now
