I'll keep this simple.

Disconnect the spawns in Deep Space to the presence of the Star Destroyer or Rebel Station. Although its rare, sometimes people DO blow them up, and of course now they don't respawn instantly (wasn't enough to lower the payout, was it?) As a result, stuff basically does not spawn until the other mega-target is killed....which doesn't happen very often, for sure.

Before you post to flame me, if you're going to...YES, Deep Space isa PvP zone so who cares if stuff spawns at all? Well it gets awfully boring just waiting with NOTHING to do for people to come poking out there. Aside from that, having NPC mobs around is something you can use to your advantage in a PvPdogfight.
