Hi everyone!
I hope that this is the correct forum for this.
I cannot get my R4 droid to do anything when plugged into my Y-Wing. I have the second level of droid commands, but anytime I try to load the programs into the droid, I get a message saying that there is not enough space to hold the command. I did some reading and saw references to memory modules, so I had a guildie build me one. Still no success...the module is just a component, I guess?
Any help would be appreciated!

All modules must be added DURING the initial crafting, from my understanding. If a droid is made without astromech memory, then its no good to a pilot ever. You'll need to buy an astromech that hascertification as a real astromech from an DE. Make sure that in the deed it states that it has an astromech certification level (will say something like Level 4 Astromech Certification) required.
If, on the other hand you have one with low level certification already and are trying to load high level programs, it will also tell you that you don't have enough space. Open your droids datapad and it will show you how much "space" your droid can use for programs. High level programs use a lot of droid space.

Check your droid information in the datapad. If it does not have a pilot certification level listed, then it is not going to work. Just having an Astromech frame is not enough. A DE must build it with the appropriate Data Module.
