Our Economy in SWG (Radiant) is worse than Germany's. Can't we fix this in any way? There are people that, in MY OPINION, have no lives and have 20 million; and then you have people that like to play maybe at night every 1-3 days that can't scrape together 100k. Which sounds like a tonbut it isn't. These causal players can't play...everything costs to much.

Ummm...
Price controls and subsidies are what screw up an economy in the first place. Throw in a little wealth redistribution and you're all set for a simulation of Euro-trash Socialism. This game is attempting to simulate a free market economy. So far, so good: the Marxists are already demanding price controls.

Why are people itching about Credit’ and why is stuff so frelling expensive. What is the big smegging deal? It’s a game, ALSO it not good for the newb’s to come in and have to worry about grinding 50k of Creds for something that should cost 5k or less. I think the devs should strip everybody of all their cash and restart the economy. The game would be more fun if people were not worried about cred all the frelling time.

Actually the new loot thing was the best noob gift yet.
I made a new character on different server from my main, and on my very first flight in my free ship I scored a lvl 4 RE loot item. That's 4k in the bank. I don't know if you can remember when you first started, but as a newb groundpounder it took a long time to come up w/ my first 4k

Well, I think the solo group nerf should help the inflation issue. Only time will tell.

It's actually great marketting.....
Can't make ALOT of money with the ground-game any more.. gotta spend 4x longer to do it.
How do you make money now? In SPACE!
SO, gotta buy the expansion.
Fine with me actually. Everyone'sequal in space - no longer do you need "solo" groups.

I was in Coro wearing my MSW title yesterday and there was a noob spamming that he wanted to buy a fully equiped dunelizard for 60k. Heh, good luck I thought. I did some space missions then came back, he was still there spamming. He saw me while I was making some missiles and starting talking to me on tells. He begged and begged me to make a fully equiped dunelizard for 60k, even upped his price to 90k. Finally I said look, Even at 120k I'd be taking a big loss in money and time to make this for you. I told him to find some low SW who grinding to master by selling cheap.
I did feel kinda sorry for him, but I can't go handing (nearly) free stuff to every noob I encounter. Too bad for the noobs though, resource dealers are gouging and SW stuff takes a lot of time and resources.

Well stripping everyone of their credits may be a little extreem, but the economy has really gotten out of hand, it's like the game is more about the credits than it is about waging war, maybe things will get beter after the combat upgrade. AN people are focusing on destroying each other.
To have a day of Fragging, looting, maming, death blowing, destroying, is a good day
