Jump To Lightspeed Archive

This is totally random and happening more and more. Sometimes on one server with a character and sometimes on another server with a different character. What happens is this, i'm flying along and my camera angle will lock onto a target and stay locked while my ship is off flying in whatever direction I was flying in at the time the target was locked onto. My target reticule meanwhile is moving all over the screen with my mouse when i'm not locked onto anything. I want to keep my target reticule centered on the screen and my camera angle always looking directly forward. Trying to reset the controls in the options menu to default doesn't help. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
