Not sure if this has ben asked, but I am curious to know if there is any benefit to having all components loaded in it from same manufacturer (if possible).Just a thought...not that I can do it yet...but may want to for the fun of it.

I realize they can be made by shipwrights, so the question is then, if parts made by same shipwright, is there any benefit. System compatibility and such?

Just a thought.

The only benefit you would see is if you get all the components custom made by a shipwright is that you will have your max mass and energy consumption near cap.

For example I custom craft TIEs for all my guild and some select customers and usually end up with under 500 available mass and energy with the best parts possible.

Having all the same parts in a ship won't do anything "magical" like in Diablo II =)
