Thread: What is the best way to get faction in space?

It has been awhile since I have flown in space and I have been wanting to find some alternative guild activities for getting faction points other than ground missions. I don't really recall how much faction I used to get in space. So I am curious, what is the best place, best way, etc? For example do I need to be overt? in deep space? Just kill any old imperial ship? I am rebel btw, thanks.

Hit the faction station, go overt, then head for Kessel or Deep Space and have a ball.


I can do 10,000 faction points a night and it doesn't even feel like grinding.

Go overt, blow stuff up!


And whatever you do, dont drive a JSF and never look behind you, cause those guys are just aching to have a reactor shot, an engine shot then a coup de grace.

Lol I got epulsed doing that last night, thought he was gone whenI went in for the reactor shot... then boom lights out

What deep space do you fly in ? T5 gunboats give 192 fp each, 211 with an inspiration buff. Not only that, but the only Imperial gunboats that spawn in DS are tier 4. Rebels got kind of shafted on that one.
