i was just told to go and work for jabba by talon, but i cant find beissa to get the missions because im not aloud access to jabba's palace, is their a way to get the freelance missions without doing some of jabba's themepark or do i have to do it?

there is another way if you are neutral on the ground too
if so just do the Clone armor quest, and eventually you will be sent to the palace to talk to Jabba
then there is a guy by the door you speek to who will let you in, even if you have bad Jabba faction and not started the Jabba's palace quest.
and you will be granted access to jabba's forever more

So I just got 2/2/2/2 in piloting and Talon Karde sent me to talkto someone named Beissa in Jabba's Palace. Now as soon as I got there it seems that I really have to do in and Ihaven't done the missions to get in yet, mainly because my cl is only at 9 now and the first quest the tuskens I seem to have to kil con purple. I'm not complaining or anything, just before I go and enlist some help I wanted to make sure that I actually to need to get inside the palace. Thanks, and help is much appreciated.

You do need to get inside, as far as the throne room.
There is supposed to be amission from Tat station to get a throne room pass, but they only offer it once and it happens somewhere early around tier 2.
