Pffff, hardest Squadron NO, most boring, YES.

the really long missions can get a bit tiring so just disable a few enemies and take a rest while they wait to blow up. And always get the components box first, that means better shields, engines and guns.

I just started as an imperial pilot, and was grinding out imp pilot, im currently 1111 and using a tie light duty, with reasonable components, but it seems that i cant do many of my space missions on my own, im trying to do an imperial storm squardron mission but i cannot even kill one tier 2 ship, let alone kill them fast enough to so i can disable the smuggler ship, any tips? i mostly just go full speed, attack the ship, and roll to avoid attacks, but his shield is regenerating faster than i can drop it!!

Ditch the TIE/LD and get a full-fledged TIE Fighter. Your life will be sooo much easier. …Until you hit the second Tier 3 mission. Then life will suck. A lot. A lot a lot.
