To whom it may concern (a Red name perhaps?),

I pre-ordered JTL for the sole purpose of getting a flash speeder ( I was already in beta, so I didn't need the disk for that) but when I placed my pre-order I was told that the beta disks weren't in yet. I was ok with this because I just figured that I'd get it when I picked up JTL. Well I got a call today from EBGames telling me that it was in so I asked about the beta disk and I was told that they were out of them and I wouldn't be recieving one. What the heck? What can I do about this? I placed the pre-order at home, and I'm at school right now so there is no other benefit to me pre-ordering since I could simply go to Wal-mart and pick it up there. I really want that flash speeder, please tell me there's some way for me to get it still.

Well i know what the devs are going to say and i will tell you your not going to like it. Even if you preordered the game, it is your responsability to get the beta cd. Its not the stores responsability to keep special tabs on if you get a special Promo cd. You like everyone else has to go in or keep calling to make sure it came in and they spacificly put your name on it or mail it to you. Most stores only got a a handfull of the preorder cd's and only passed them out when they had them and ppl asked for them when they had them in stock.

Sorry you didnt get your preorder cd, and its not the responsability of SOE or the store your dealing with on if you got your cd or not. Just a tip for you, next time keep calling and go get it when it comes in, and remember the old saying "you snooze you loose".

Although if you don't please do not blame the devs. They do not work for anyone but SOE, its not like they sit there posting every players CD's.

soe you made a few people happy who somehow managed to get the flash speeder and everyone else includeing artisans and people who were ill-informed about the availablity of the flash. Nice work.

Again, its not SOE's fault. The company you pre-ordered from is responsible for getting you the info on your speeder reward. But either way... its only a speeder. I'd get more excited about the vet ship if I were you.

Well the flash speeder is not really special except for braging rights. the flash speeder is just a landspeeder with a facelift. It costs 20k to replace if its ever destroyed and gets damaged easy and costs alot to get repaired

So do you really want one......But then again i have one and i dont intend to use it much.

Someone suggested it might be good for PvP but not for 20k a pop it isn't heh.
