I'm very sure that these questions have been asked and/or answered already, but I can't seem to find very many related to mine. So if you could just answer them for me anyway.
If you are seriously outnumbered and are just slaughtered by an attack, what happens. Do you loose your ship for good or what? It would definitly seem like a waste if you lost your ship forever, but is that what happens? I mean I'm sure it won't matter to me on most occasions because I go the Veteran Reward, but still if I want something small and fast, then what will happen if I crash and burn? Also how many ships are people allowed to hold, is there a sort of limitation like the amount of lots a person can use or what?

Your ship explodes. You then load back at a space station where you can use /comm and have the space station repair your ship for a fee. If you were doing a mission, it's lost and you have to return to the ground to get another.
And by the way, the vet ship does not have fireable weapons of any kind, you will not be able to use it for missions.

You can also repair your ship on the ground with repair kits. Also, each time you die, your chasis and components decays a little, and eventually you'll need to replace them.

Your character also takes damage to stats (blackbar) and battle fatigue.

in beta, when your shields and other factors reach 0%. you get a glowing red eject button, click it and you watch your ship explode, then you are back at the station (IN SPACE) in a new ship.
i did it a few times just to watch it, hehe. was cool
