Thread: So does the Flash Speeder actually blow up???

I dont get it.. I thought the flash speeder cannot be destoryed. What happens when it reaches zero? The reason I ask is because it says when you get your speeder you can get a new one for 20K if you type /flashspeeder. Does this mean you can lose your speeder and to replace it, the cost is 20K? So by that statment does that mean you dont have to repair this thing ever or does it mean it can blow up and you have to buy another one?

it can blowup..and if it does you do the /flashspeeder command

You have to do exactly what you said you can have three flash speeders in your inventory if you wish lol as long as you have no other vechicals and you pay 20k for the other 2 lol

you can reclaim it for 20k if you lose it. Although i dont know the command, as i don't have a flash speeder.

SO why would I bother to spend 20k on the flash speeder which is hella slow, compared to buying a swooper which cost like 10K now.. LOL

Well you wouldn't, itsjust for pimping rights when nobody knows what a flashspeeder is, in about a year I'm guessing.

Yeah it blows up.
Standing by the shuttle port talking to a bud, and out of nowhere six l337 d00d Jedi show up gank me (I wasn't overt) Blew my speeder up. Got the standard WTFBBQPWND tell from one of the little nimrods.
Love what SOE has done with Jedi....

Thats the point really. The problem with bonus rewards is they can't put existing professions out of business. Its why the Vet ship is invincible and non-combat and the flashspeeder is slow and expensive to replace.
If it wasn't, no one would ever buy vehicles again. Its a cute vehicle though 
and fun for driving around from time to time. Plus, it will come in handy as a backup vehicle in case some npc decides to blow up my other vehicles leaving me stranded in the middle of nowhere O.o

True but realize people are threatening to cancel accounts because they didn't get one with a preorder.
Makes me wonder about people....

I am simply bummed. I pre-ordered something like 3 or 4 months back in-person at a local Gamestop. I gave them all my information and everything.
I found out last month about the 'pre-order' special and for the life of me, I simply wasn't able to locate my receipt and thus couldn't get a refund on my blasted 'pre-order' from the local Gamestop. I want to know why I am not awarded, even though I did indeed pre-order the expansion.
Disappointed I am.
