Thread: 0 days logged for vet reward?

I installed JTL earlier and claimed my vet reward with my main no problem. After, I tried to go claim it with my other characters but the command wasn't working. I used the /getveteranrewardtime command and now it says "0 days logged for veteran rewards", even on my main character. Anyone else having this problem? Most of these characters are over a year old and I'd like to get the ship with them.

i'd like to get mine too 8 months in almostand no Vet Reward and like you the command is broken for me too. My character varies between 164,5 days and 0. They say they are working to fix the problem and that might be why you can't get a count for your time. They might be working on the counter for our days.<shrug>
I don't really know obviously but i'd like to think it's caused by thier trying to change thetime tracking system and not because they aren't doing anything. What is strange is that this only affects certain people. I don't have mine, some other people that posted after me a day or 2 ago had 10 and 11 months in and still no ship to claim. My good friend down the hall in my dorm has been on since September 2003 and he has his ship so I don't know how it works, but I would like an explaination.

I just thought it was weird I could get it for one character earlier and not any of the others now. You could be right though, they could be working on the counter now and that's why I can't claim it with the others.

yeah it is wierd but that's what my mind says is logical (not like that is really saying much:smileyvery-happy
but anyway i used to be able to access the command itself but now I can't..hehe oh well one way or the other I hope we get our ships soon

Looks like it's working for me now. Showing the correct number of days and giving me the reward. You might want to try it again also.

try to figure this one out. when i tried to claim my vet reward i had an option of 90, 180 and 270 days to pick from. it also stated that iqualified for the 270 day vet reward. i've been on since swg was released and the math didn't match cause 270 does not equal 365+ days of gaming. anyway i went with the highest number 270, next it gave me the option for a 180 day (class 2) ship. puzzled and thinking that there where other classes of ships i declined the option and tried again. still the same results so i just went with the 180 day class 2. a message pops up saying that the class ship i selected was under the vet reward i was in (270). so i declined again and went to bed. the following day i tried it again and now was only rated at 180 days so only had one class of ship to pick. i sent SOE a ticket and they told me there is only one vet/ship class, 180 days/class 2. so i made the selection, found the deed in my inventory and found out i need to have a lot to own the ship.

What is weird is that I have been an active member since march of this year and only have 90 days of veteran service. I do not even pretend to understand this.
